Rolling Slam is saved, clearly. Its not the forced slow animation or anything which is like 80% of the skills in poe 2 that make it bad and no one will use it. Give classes more than 2-3 skills that are actually useable without a bunch of gimmicks lining it up.

Buff Plasma Blast damage, like i need more damage on my 1 hit KO skill.
What i need is being able to shot it more. Or u want me to bring skeletons?

any upcoming changes for blood witch planned?
