this happening again yesterday after it fix few weeks ago. is it only me or others as well?

Same here. I almost quit the game because of it. Now im trying to reinstall the game and hope it works.. It should be fixed asap

ive noticed that if i take a portal back to town, the instance stays the same(unless i died) but if use the waypoint everything resets.

Sadly not, still have that problem.

When can we expect a fix on this? I'm on PS5 and I play a lot. I need to redownload the 88 gigs every 3-4 days when it happens to me. It's really really annoying. The most annoying bug to me in the game since launch. Please fix!!
