PoE 2 Ability Gems Bugged

Was almost giving up and take a break until they fixed it.
Then I saw this post. My saviour!!

This needs top priority on the fix list, we sorta have a fix around it but that takes away from bonuses if your using 2 different weapons. I do see some jackass saying its user error, but its not both my weapons have 0 stat bonus. (int, str, dex.) So my stats are the same whichever weapon set im using, and it bugged out when i upgraded them still being about the requirement for it.

Same issue with multiple skills

Same issue for me with sparking spell after changing weapon. I had to craft a new skillgem and re-upgrade quality on it to be able to use this spell again.

Same issue. Started with weapon sets. The skill gem replace trick does not work for me. I still get odd + and - symbols where the weapon sets selector should be. This happened right after the last patch.

+1 the fix works with swapping gems around.
This how it looked before the fix.
I wasn't swapping gems or replacing my gear. I was doing maps, tried to use a skill, and it had disappeared from my bar. I spent the next 45 minutes trying to find a fix.

im havinng the same issue. Anything we can do to fix it?

My skills set only to weapon set 2 bug out when I try to place the support gem Encumbrance into any skill.
-Edit, I realized, though neither my weapon set 1 nor 2 had enough dex to add in another dex based support gem, the game was letting me and that was causing the skills to break. reallocating 5 more dex allowed me to place the support gem no problem.

Also +1 the skill gem swap fix.

I had the same issue until I realized that one of the gems I added to augment the ability had a dex requirement that I didn't meet. I removed it, and now I can use the skill again.
