Omen of Resurgence not proccing at low life

Great i died in copper citadel after i killed the boss with 3 active in my inventory perfection! also map tab when and why is it so hard to implement?

my hc ssf level 89 died with the omen, it healed for a bit but after a few seconds my hp went back to low health, then i died RIP Big sad

Just had it bug on me as well in Iron Citadel. I was careless and got hit, but I still died with this active in my inventory. Consumed the omen and everything.

Really aggravating cuz it seems to be hit or miss if this actually procs properly. The only consistent thing is it will get consumed.

Can confirm, still bugged. I see why they're so cheap now.

Finally found a citadel only to die with one active in my inventory from boss and yes, not a one-shot mechanic....

This sucks.

As well as many other easy to fix bugs. Looks like GGG staff are now looking for late show invites instead of actually working on fixing bugs and having the game evolve.

I started using this little thing lately as I was getting very death proof but another little surpise for the dear warriors again.
