[POE2] - Lost Relic Coin & Altar Relics - Second Trial

Already beaten trial of Sekhamas once through initial coin received by Balbala. Received second relic coin randomly during Act 2 -> Deshar. Progressed to end, defeated by end trial boss. Game then indicates I was defeated and no way to exit prompt, frozen menu.

Exit out of game, now relic coin is missing, no option to retrieve from Balbala. Cannot verify if 3 relics I had placed in the altar are also missing, not present in relic stash.

Any known ways to retrieve?

Same just happened to me. Died to a trap and game said I failed, no option to exit or change screens. Went to home screen and closed, logged back in out side the trial area and relics/coin gone. On Xbox series x.

This just happened to me too. I don't even know why I died. It says I died although I still have 220 honor and my health was at 70%. The screen froze. I had to exit to character selection and when I logged in back, no sign of my coin. It's gone. Can't ascend anymore. Big Fun.
