Two there was absolutely NOTHING BROKEN about CoF lmfao. It isnt even close to stronger than anything else... bow builds are still the best just like in PoE 1

Nope. The fact that it should have worked differently than just spam 10 comets a second doesn't mean it was nerfed harshly. You can still do stuff with that. Just need a different approach.

It got nerfed from 10 a second to 10 a map. Nerf was needed but the magnitude of it is an overkill, especially with no warning, leaving people hanging with 250k respec bill to foot if they still want to use their already leveled characters cause they have a life outside of the game and it would be too big of a commitment to start from scratch again.

How to suck all the fun of a game.. i'm very sad

Yes because the intention of CoF wasnt to spam skills like comet that is one of the best skills in elementalist tab. Obviously. You can still do alot with CoF and freeze buildup but you need different approach rather than cast X skill on freeze

Tbh i took the gem, put elementals status chance with my max damage, and.... It does nothing at all.

So yeah, tell me how it work now, i will try it, but from tests, it dont seem to work at all lol.

Saying "it should worked differently" is fine, but offer a way or a solution ^^

Thats the point, you need to pivot. You said it yourself. Some people CAN'T pivot cause it costs too much and they cant farm cause suddenly their build does no damage.

And on top of that, intention or not killing off the ability to use meta gems offensively feels restricting, they basically gutted whole build archetype(cause it's not just Comet, it's many more builds that got hit). You can still make it balanced without it going off every 10th mob pack, if we had 1 per pack I feel like that would make people happy already. But that's not doable when you get 3% energy with investment.

I mean you obv show it to our face w/ ur badges, that ur balls deep in.

the game is such a struggle, everytime you wake up another build is gone. or 10 builds..
going to roll a deadeye this weekend just so i can lose all progress during work week.
there's barely skill gems in the game in the first place. what are we supposed to do? play shitty builds no one likes with the few skill gems that havent been killed yet? everytime i'm starting to feel comfortable with a build (HAVING FUN AGAIN) it's boom and back to zero.

I was prepared for changes, especially when gamebreaking bugs would occur. this tho? idk

let me start by saying that i was never a big PoE1 fan, played a bit till like lvl 30 or so and decided the game wasnt for me.

but PoE2 was really being enjoyable, specially since i finally had some builds guides to follow as i am relatively a noob at PoE and their massive passive trees.

now after having put like 2 days and a half into my favorite class in this type of games, sorcerer, my character is totally unplayble just as i was about to finish act 3 cruel dificulty.

i have lost all motivation to play the game. paid early acess is one thing, i actually thought the game was playable and there wouldnt be this kind of nerfs this early on. with the game as it is, and the balancing they are doing, we basicly paid to test the game for them.

if this game needed so much balancing and tuning and testing (crashes everywhere) maybe it would have been good to have a free open beta to test all of this before you charged people money for the game.

if i could refund the game and the microtransactions i already did, i 100% would and i wouldnt touch this game until early acess is over.

i am disapointed to pay so i can test the game for them. this is GGG going the path of Blizzard, and i want none of it.
