Shield Charge not working

/ still not fixed, any slow afflicted on character triggers the bug
/ if you find urself in freythorn area i recommend alt+f4 or at least unbind shield charge to save mental / wake uppp |

This is just now starting to happen to me ): 1-26-25

still running into this as of today, fixable by reequipping the shield every time it happens
