Vaal Soul Cores do not spawn in Trial of Chaos

just happened to me too. i fucking hate whatever trialmaster league made this main content, its dogshit content and its forcing me to do it. now with this bug im losing my mind

The trick is to go back up the lift which you went down on, and then head north/upwards towards the stones. A ton of mobs started spawning once I picked up the first stone, and it seems you can only carry 1 at a time, so don't try to grab all 3 before heading back to the altars. You'll get stuck on the wall with mobs blocking you

same ... so I restarted with a new stone. Oh guess what, I got stuck again!
