Missing 2 Passive Points

There are still 2 points left here and I have literally redone everything. It's frustrating, I'm lvl 91 without the colon.

Same here, I suspect mine was the stabby heart thing because I only remember doing it once in cruel 3, and I did some weird glitchy thing after killing the boss at the end of 3 to throw stuff in stash before clicking the portal, but it took me to the start of 4 instead (of town).

Have spent several hours re-doing and re-doing old quests.

Could also be the letter but I remember doing constrictor twice.

Missing 2 Passive Points ,I CLEAN all missions

Okay, I couldn't figure out what I was missing but in the interlude the left side top left is "Wovenhold" and the quest icon wasn't there until i travelled to this location. I did not visit it during the campaign i guess? Once i got there the quest icon showed up :)
