POE2 Augury Map doors not open

I clicked all three leavers but the doors dont open.

same... I relogged at the last lever and then it was not pulled, pulling the lever again activated the center for me.

Same issue, caused by being attacked / pushed while operating one of the levers. Porting to town and back solved the issue.

I was facing the same issue on Augury map where after activating all the levers the doors didn't open. I tried to logout back to character selection but that didn't work, I wasn't even able to click on the Portal to get back into the Augury map. After that I closed the PoE2 client and relaunched it and was able to go into the Augury map and then saw that one of the levers was red/clickable again. I clicked on that lever and now the doors are open.

I ported out to town and back, and it let me use the lever again. then i was able to get in
