[POE2] Lingering Illusion buff broken with Precision Support

Noticed Herald Skills show no Spirit requirement on Stat screen BUT if you open the additional Buff there is a Spirit requirement. Adding all my SPirit, including hidden buffs, put me at 150 Spirit, I had 153. Canabilism will break my Spirit installed Skill.

Any updates on this in the new season? I still can’t use this skill at all

Edit: it works when you switch it on both skill sets
