"Energy Shield Recharge is not interrupted by Damage if Recharge began Recently" mod is not working

Still having this bug with the self-damage from Infernalist's Pyromantic Pact node, unknown if fixed otherwise.

Can't seem to any form of avoiding interrupt to work, nor does the instant start recharge from Energy Barrier or Prayers for Rain.

easy to test with a heartbound loop. self damage stops recharge immediately with prayer for rain. this bug is old so hope to see it fixxed soon.
