Yeah no most of us are legit bugged, we on the place, I also made a post hopefully the devs can see it too.

I'll paste it here so other people can see that we are on the right spot and with the item too:

"Now I cant even blow the horn. I disconnected while my character started doing the animation. now I am on the same spot and I cant use it anymore.

I try resetting my game, and verifying files. and Nothing

I made new character, went straight for the campaign ignoring everything else (like trial). Currently in act 3. So this is not something that is related to our files.

MAke sure caravan is moved to the area ... then it should work.

This is incorrect - the bug is related to not seeing or being able to interact with the quest marker, it is not related to people claiming it's bugged but they actually just haven't travelled to the location of the storm.

Currently having this problem on act 2 cruel on a lvl 57 warrior. I'm at the correct location but the game crashed when I used the horn & after I relaunched the game I still had the horn, the sandstorm was still there but I'm unable to progress.

+1 to this, in act 5 (act 2 cruel) completed the quest chain, got the horn, blew it and crashed, now the prompt for the horn is gone, I still have the horn and attempting to port to a friend in the next area says I haven't progressed the quest enough. Sometimes I can get the interact marker to re-appear by talking to NPCs and waiting in the area (maybe just waiting until another person triggers the quest or something) but I cannot interact with it and am stuck unable to progress the campaign any further. tried about everything I could think of as a work around (clearing through halani gates back to the sandstorm, moving the caravan to various places around the map and then back to halani gates, etc) but nothing has allowed me to interact with the quest marker again. Still have the horn in the inventory, if I could drop the quest or horn I would but I cannot do that either.

+1 to this. Stucked. Please fix this bug

When i go to the table i dont even have the waypoint i need to go to in order to blow the horn on the top of the caravan...

I cant even proceed playing...
any sugguestion

btw i lost all those quest items and dont have horn at all
