you need a token vthat has 3 trials on it to ascend a third time. aka probably sometime during mapping possibly it will drop randomly. the one in cruel act 1/2 is only 2 trials. look for the 3 trial token. i would ssume its same for 4th 5ty and so on numbers matching the trials. (aside from ultimatum which i assume is different) |

I finished sanctum (lvl 61, 3 trials) 2x times already -> no 3rd ascendancy. I finished ultimatum (lvl 62, 3 trials) 3x times already -> no 3rd ascendancy. This has to be fixed by GGG, there is nothing a player can do about this. |

Got this bug as well. Killed Djinn several times. Nothing happened.

went on ultimatum with a 3 trial token that said i’d get ascendacy points, finished the three floor and nothing.
it was a lvl 53 token, but it informed id get the points |
