i tried dropping the soul core on the ground and picking it back up and it worked
edit: oops different bug. my issue was that when i tried interacting with the stone altar it would just position my character in front of it but do nothing. Zuletzt bearbeitet von onsaemiiro#5052 um 12.12.2024, 20:26:18

Also I killed every monster and explored everywhere and there was no soul core.

Had same issue. Just ctrl click the waypoint to make a fresh instance and then it will spawn.
