PoE2: "Failed to connect to instance"

Its so strange that they dont fix things like these. What are they doing? Like what is more important. How many workers do they have??

0.3 and still the same problem.

every 2 waystones i got this error and the only solution seems using a new waystone but by doing this you loose all the map bonuses and the previous waystone.

Question to everyone having the "Failed to connect to instance" issue; if you're still having it, what protocol does your ISP use? IPoE or PPPoE? (could be others but those are the main two)

It's still persistent. Im facing now the problem that i cant log in even with ctrl + click... Cant join instance! Any solution yet?

i just crashed in a map (augury, corrupted) and after that all my maps brick and cannot enter portals

rip my highest maps(or atlas?)

I just got this error when i try to tp back to town in Ngakanu becasue i was lazy to run back to boat... Can't even load in by Ctrl + Play/Enter, still just says Failed to Connect to Instance.

P.S was going to write this post but it just loaded in so i guess just wait 5 mins a try again xD

still getting failed to connect to instances in mapping, only workaround is still spam retry for 10 minutes or just use another waystone.

Almost completed act 4, sailed to Arastas, and hopped to the small boat. This is the moment i got trapped. Cant even enter the character, cus its loading me to arastas, where I cant join instance. Really loved last act, but frustration came(

Made a monk, got all the way up to ACT 3 with this issue appearing on random occasions (several times throughout my session) but it was solvable by cntrl clicking and making new instances on waypoints most of the time (rip cases when it was a portal, had to teleport to the closest area waypoint and make new instance there).

Now right when i was about to get into ACT 3, i talked to the shade dude, clicked the option, cinematic played, loading screen popped and thats all she wrote. Havent managed to log in my char since then, everytime i do i get "Failed to connect to instance".

Things i have tried so far:

Verified game files
Reinstalled the game
Changed servers (in EU, changed to other EU, even tried US)
Reset router
Renewed IP and flushed DNS through CMD commands
Cntrl clicked the play button to get the message to be teleported to the neareset hideout but the message doesnt pop up in this case for some reason

EDIT:None of the above worked but what did it to get me into ACT 3 was changing the DX12 to DX11. That managed to get me to log in but it didnt stop the random "failed to load to instance" errors. At least i can log in now.

I would recommend switching to DX11 if you are hardstuck like i was with my Monk trying to get to ACT 3 but know that the performance drops. Game is running perfectly fine on DX12 for me but i get frame spikes on 11 and bigger loading times.
