Unable to use attack skills

Significant issue while utilizing attack without moving button. When holding shift and using an attack skills a mob, or yourself, can cancel an attack leading to about 5 seconds of being unable to use any ability.

Same problem here, making the boss fights almost impossible.

I know it does, but having to go through a couple of screens to try and find that option when there is a literal key bind for it makes it a pretty significant bug, specifically for melee.

Seems to happen more often when you do the following:

Click to move to a location

Hit shift to stop moving before reaching the location

Try to use any abilities (with or without shift held at this point), none of them work.

It may take a few quick times of doing this rotation of events for it to happen, but its frequent enough to cause you to be unable to attack every few seconds if in a high mobile fight.

Same issue. Game-breaking for Monk as you have to use it to make sure you hit the Tempest Bell instead of prioritizing literally everything else (oh, there's a fly, I'll hit that instead of the bell). Tempest Bell is not optimized well in the first place, this breaks the build.

The skill "lockout time" is very consistent in length for me. I also use mouse movement with mouse left click set to "move only" (same setup as POE 1).

Also confirming this is an issue.

PC, mouse movement, with move only bound to left click and using shift to lock in place.
