POE 2 Complete PC Freeze while loading screen

PoE2 runs without a single delay, issue, nothing. But PoE1 crashes more often than my girlfriend when she tries to parallel park. I cannot log into PoE1, my computer does not freeze but the game client does, and I am forced to close the game manually. If I so happen get lucky enough to get into the game after 15+ tries, my game could randomly freeze in a mob, a new zone, really any point it just ''stops working'' Day 3, still not in endgame because I simply cannot play! Highly disappointed in how long it's taking them to solve the issue. More than a decade playing PoE1 and have never encountered this issue, but it sounds like it's a very common problem right now. Fix it. Also to note, I have a very nice gaming laptop, that hasn't had a single issue on PoE2, or PoE1 until now. I tried switching settings on the game, I tried running it as administration, I've tried nearly everything.
