Something has definitely changed in the latest update because whilst it has been the case for most you that you've had to hard reset to get out, my computer was just flat out resetting on its own accord (black screen and reset).
Since this update, the crash now puts the computer in a state where I have to get up off my royal posterior and be like the rest of you and press the power switch. How rude! |

after the last couple of patches the performance in the game feels worse and i'm back to crashing/hardlocking my pc after not having this issue for 3 weeks.

After I started using Poe Uncrasher tool the problem disappeared for me. Is it impossible for them to apply the same solution as the tool on the client?

POeuncrasher isn't a fix. The crash is still happening. Poeuncrasher is just mitigating and managing the crashes. It is automating what you can do manually in task manager by unchecking cores in affinity and toggling the priority between normal and real time and back whenever it gets stuck on a loading screen. The "crash" is still happening. It is not a fix.

Like unchecking cores is stopping it locking the whole machine up when whatever underlying cause occurs .And changing the priority will push it past whatever it is getting stuck on. sure.
But the underlying problem causing the issues is still occurring in the background and that issue needs to be addressed and fixed by GGG |

" It's also using a log to scrape when to do it and I suspect it isn't fast enough to catch some of the more instant crashes. |
