The Cold Passive Mastery that caused Enemies near targets you shatter to have 20% chance to be Covered in Frost has been replaced with a new Mastery that provides -30% to Fire Resistance, and +1 to level of all Cold Skill Gems.

Ok, so PoBs will be updated once again when new tree releases. It's crazy strong, power grows with levels expotentially.

Thanks for keeping this updated. I found this a few days ago and it looks really good. I tried it in maps with a character I had already built, and now am looking forwarf to league starting it and building it from the start. What skill do you recommend using for leveling?

Glad you liked it.
I like to level with totems, so either Freezing Pulse (Ice Spear swap for bosses) or Creeping Frost (link with Volley for shotgunning). But honestly any cold skill you like will do. You can also try Holy Flame Totems with new, improved range, but I obviously haven't tried it.

mix between generic caster and totem until first acendency point, I usually do rolling magma with ignite and holy flame totem and then shift to totems.

I also intend to league start it, and use totems as soon as I can.

Do you happen to have your poe.ninja from last league or an earlier tree than 92 just so I can see how you leveled (passive tree wise) early game? I am planning on league starting this and just running FP totems for the start, but the tree on "TbXie's" FP totems looks pretty different than your tree for frostblink.

Take lvl 92 tree, cut cluster jewel and everything behind "Heart and Soul" notable. It will result with a tree you should have when getting to maps.

EDIT: Updated PoBs for a new tree, including new Cold Mastery. Another important change - now we have to use Inspiration support to avoid mana issues. Dps will be even higher actually, as PoB haven't updated Arcane Surge buff yet.

What support gem are you swapping inspiration in for? Don't see it in the updated 92 pob

Just play without Sandstorm and have lower damage (but still higher than going Elemental Overload). It should be cheaper now when Hexblast got nuked. On the other hand, fewer people will run nerfed Sanctum, so supply will be scarce.
