Which part is not stacking ?

The increased curse effect or nearby allies have increased damage.

One is a buff and the other a debuff.

Both effectsa of Dying Breath wont stack , its just LeerCast wich is stacking

It can still be used when your AG has Kingmaker then and there is also an optional 1h & shield setup in the guide.

Also you still get a larger area coverage with both the AG and merc using it.

This is what I ended up doing. I'm using the Dying Breath on the AG and the Obliteration/Victario's Charity on the Merc. (I've had better luck finding Wand & Shield mercs instead of Staff ones). Later on I'll likely have Kingmaker on the AG and Dying Breath on the merc.

Is Perquil's Toe Gold Amulet not a better option then Shaper's Seed?
I know lucky does not work on DoT, but it does make the chaos hit higher.

Both are good options, Shaper seed improves the survivability of all your minions and grants you life & mana regen as well.
If you want a little extra damage you can use Perquil's Toe.

In Standard, are there "must do" changes to the Build?
I dont use Chaos Golem often, but instead i use Carrion Golem most times.

Some of the other Gems have changed a bit (to Steelskin i.e.)

Those Minions are just from the support gem "Summon Phantasm" dont know why they got currently the same icon like ur zombies or spectres , maybe its a bug ???

Same here. Icons have changed, per accident or by will, donno. its distracting.
