Probably a dumb question, but with Gravebind on the merc, does the merc steal xp from you? Meaning if it's considered their kill, then do you still get credit too?

The merc doesn't steal your xp. In fact, they get no xp and don't level up. You have to find and hire higher lv mercs as you progress through the map tiers.

Right, but if they kill is theirs and not yours, do you miss that XP?

Doing my stacked decks farming, I'm getting quite a bit of experience even though packs are exploding, so I will hypothesize that you get the exp. Afaik, in a party, everyone gets exp, even though you are being carried, say.

Do we have any confirmation that Polymath is less effective if you use the Sanguimancer?

I'm going to try my farming with the fallen reverend instead and see how my ES behaves. Note my T16 packs are about 55% pack size.

Interesting. My reverend died quickly as he was level 73. So I ran around with no zealotry and just discipline, for 13.2k ES. My ES barely budged, even though I would blink through huge packs. I.e., I felt far, far tankier. And not having the merc around meant the mobs had less health, so died about as fast even though they weren't exploding. Hmm. So maybe I can actually level up in juiced T16/16.5 maps now ...

It's funny on t17 oneshots from bosses...
so much has already been poured into the character, the game is becoming like a 24/7 job

I play this build basically every league and wanted to share an item for the first time. Took me 3 tries and hit so insanely well!

I'm definitely way, way squishier with the Sanguimancer stealing all of my kills. I actually benched her because I was tired of losing XP to random deaths. With her, I had to constantly keep an eye on my ES globe, and blink out of hard-hitting packs and degens, and still got one-shot way more often than I'd like. Without her, I'm my usual immortal self, flat-out ignoring my ES globe, picking up loot during combat, reading altars as they appear instead of clearing nearby mobs first, etc.

I tried bringing her back in without Gravebind, but she doesn't kill anything on her own, so no booms. But she's still immortal herself, so I'll just keep her around doing nothing but providing a party bonus.

I made 8 attempts to create a helmet through Recombinator. Everything is destroyed, there is nothing at the output. Does this even work?

I made everything lvl 75, set unpredictability in the recombinator
