[3.25] Ice Dancing Queen - Icestorm/Cyclone/CI - Viable For Everything

Main problem 1-3 acts like soulslike and dev vision of harder not poe1 (still some builds easy to lvling) and on 4-6 your build begin annihilate everything... and on maps it's still in the end same as poe1 = oneshot/onebutton builds clearing all map/deleting bosses

POE2 is not POE1 with improved graphics. It's a very different game.

I am in maps now. It took a week and about 50 playing hours to complete the campaign. Next league I could probably cut that down to about 30 hours, which is only 10 hours longer than it takes me to hit maps in POE1.

So it is exactly like poe1 standard, which is the same as league in poe1.Which is exactly like the previous league and also like the next one to come. Unless I am missing something about the next leagues.
You thing I khare, but I realy dond.

I don't understand your conclusion. POE2 is in no way shape form size color etc exactly like POE1 standard.
Playing for a few days a campaign only for when it ends to enter maps which get repeated over and over seems to me exactly like PoE1 standard/league. But it is ok, some see it, some don't.

But that's essentially every rpg that has an endgame. You either have a campaign and then the game is over (e.g., Dark Souls) or there's an endgame (too many to list.) In other words, your criticism isn't a useful comparison.
it was supposed to be a joke. I was pointing out the irony between two lines
You thing I khare, but I realy dond.

Hey guys, hey Kelvynn#6607

thank you very much for the well written guide and amazing build.

I have been a late starter to the league but so far had a lot of fun with it and also was able to kill a t17 boss for the first time :)

However now it feels a bit like i have hit a ceiling as i keep dying in maps (t16 juiced up with delirium etc) and do not see an obvious way to further improve my build

My Budget is around 19 Div currently and my pob can be found here:

is there anything obvious I am not seeing?

Any help and pointers highly appreciated!

You're missing a bunch of Int and ES

ES is our primary defense/effective HP pool, and additional Int isn't just more Icestorm damage, but also more ES, as well as juicing the body armor's "less damage per X Int" Eater implicit. Also, killing things before they kill you is good for survivability.

Sadly, most of the big magic-bullet stuff is now stupid expensive because the market is dead, and even moreso if you're in Necro Settlers instead of OG Settlers.

Quick, easy, relatively cheap stuff, but also only minor impact:
- Upgrade your Fertile Mind and Brute Force Solution jewels to +24 Int versions.
- Switch your body armor crafted mod to +6% Increased Attributes.
- Respec two Ascendancy points from One Step Ahead to Heartstopper. You only switch from Heartstopper to OSA once you don't need the extra HS survivability.
- Do you have enough Cold res without the Sapphire Flask? You're missing the Stun mitigation of a Corundum Flask. Also, Wise Oak is +35% all resists, and can help mitigate elemental damage if you balance your uncapped resists.

The stuff that's going to have a huge impact (+10% inc Int helmet, +14% inc Int Amulet, Int/ES Split Personalities, Synth or Misted rings) are all key to juiced survivability, but you can probably only afford one of them on your budget in the current market, and some of them may be out of reach altogether.
Thanks a lot!
