It's possible they take off EE from the passive tree to get a skill point back

Has anyone tried Anomalous blood rage instead of frenzy? We get constant frenzy uptime in maps AND while bossing.. should be perfect right? Will test for science

Apparently it doesn't work since we aren't hitting things ourselves.. doesn't work for totems

im assuming its the flame surge? it technically deals some fire damage so the culling must proc if they are <10% after it hits

I've been following this guide and Palsteron's videos and have been enjoying the build a lot. However, at level 76 and just getting into the maps, I find I'm pretty squishy. Any suggestion as to what I should be changing? (My build is public.) I get that my gear needs some upgrading, but it's not that bad.

Any suggestions welcome.
