I don't even want those builds nerfed really, but other builds should be just as viable or at least a lot closer in strength.

I personally don't feel the changes to defensive layers. I think it was over hyped. It's irrelevant beyond mid tier maps. It's just a matter of knowing the boss mechanics and what mobs to avoid and all that-- but I still have a ton of deaths that after years of playing this game I could never explain to you. So the "skill" of the endgame is basically knowing how to dodge everything because you're going to get one shot otherwise. There are a handful of builds where this isn't strictly true but overall can you really tell me I'm wrong?

I mean to be fair, the meta does change up slightly. It's generally the same thing though.

If I play next league I'll just start with some cheese build so I can actually earn currency to progress.

Its boring if you decide to go with only builds that make it easy.
Pick something that is not "cheese build" and you will realize some content is pretty hard.
I think they hit a really nice balance with 3.14 honestly I was super excited to play 3.15 then I read all the patch notes. I'd pay a good amount to play 3.14 again hell sell a private league or something
