[PS4] Crafted bench mod prevents the use of Veiled Chaos Orb

Taking these from Expedition 3.15 patch notes:

. Veiled modifiers are no longer considered Crafted modifiers.
. Veiled Chaos Orbs can no longer be used to obtain multiple Veiled modifiers on an item.

From the first bullet point, it seems the pools are meant to be different, but this is unclear. Are some crafted modifiers still considered veiled after these changes?
