showing that even with a Jewel "corrupted blood cannot be inflicted on you" you still can get the Bleeding debuff, therefore you should use the Flask for Protection.

Hey all, decided to try the carrion golem build and im really enjoying it. But also one question popped up in my mind when i started to look for upgrades. Its about the chest options, so far ive been using the Skin of the Lords which has been working okay i think, but if i upgraded to Astral plate with +2 gems and some Life would this be an uprade or downgrade? I get this is an aegis aurora build so if i used astral plate will i get more overall armor for that? :)

Skin of the Lords is good for pure ES but not so good for Armour imho
and you have No Life, Resis, +100% Defense is not 2x Defense Value.
You can check it for yourself easily with PoB

When I played Carrion Golem this League i used the Chest my Guardian is wearing atm, +1 Socketed int gems (Golem is Int Gem), + 1 Socketed active skill gems (also Golem is an active Gem) = a +2 Level Chest

+35% Lightning Resis +12% All Res , an open Prefix for +85 Max Life

I payed a month ago like 4 Ex

why some people use triad on your carrion build? i dont see the option in your guide?

could someone help with the build? because it states to use the 8% ele damage skill tree point, but where is the ele damage coming from is the build uses vixens instead of triad? wouldnt i want 20% phys overwhelm?

I think it is a mistake in the guide, on the pob link the 20% phys overwhelm mastery is used.

Thank you for the tips and information. Bought the one you suggested with lightning res and life. Armor did went up and should help with survivability. There was a qual = Life enchant but i remove it on bench thought more armor is more useful. So rings are strictly for life/attribute/resistances i assume or is there some other useful suffix/prefix available what can be considered okay? :)

Using Triad and scaling cold is a different route you can go for the endgame.
I've done alot of testing and cold simply is better than pure phys with higher gear levels. Cold just has more modifiers available.

I personally play 4-green Triads on my Carrion Golems and I'm in pretty high end gear right now. Probably only a Mirror tier helm left for upgrade.

As you can see, the dps numbers are very high while still having a respectable EHP (Don't compare to Aegis Aurora builds, their EHP is bugged)
