Screen freezes multiple times per hour

I know you guys have seen people talking about this issue. 3 to 5 times per hour the game will lock up and freeze for 10 to 20 seconds and either ramp up to 1000% speed for a few seconds and catch up or disconnect to menu, and in some cases just blue screen. Please find and resolve this because the game is literally not enjoyable anymore for a lot of people

This game is unplayable and broken in its state after the last patch to fix the trade bug crash. I am constantly lagging, screen freezing then fast forwarding. When i try to access anything in my stash there is a 5 second delay to anything happening on screen. This is all happening on a ps5 Na server.

Yep freeze after freeze all day long. Please fix this is horrible for us on ps4.

this is happening constantly. It hasn't been like this since harvest league, come on we need a fix this should be a top priority

Remember the blue screen league we had aka Harvest league, they fixed the problem only in the next league.

They know something is fucked up, but for some reason they act like nothing is happening.

Ya it sure does seem like they just pretend like there a couple small issues that can be ignored. When in reality the game is in really bad shape. If anything significant is happening the game has a seizure and disables your ability to use your character. They should reduce the experience penalty 1% on ps4 and sounds like xbox too. Most of my deaths this league, 95% are attributable to performance. Sirus and anything that has to do with maven seems completely broken.

I've been getting a lot of "Unexpected Disconnections" since the start of the league, selecting gateway is useless since the game seems to ignore whatever the user selects e.g

i have selected London(EU) since that is the closest, whenever i'm in a hub area such as the sarn encampment it stays at London, but whenever i'm in a non-hub area it switches to Amsterdam(EU).

the freezes (but without disconnection) seem to occur most in hub area or hideouts when the inventory screen e.g when crafting, the disconnections seem to be more prevalent in non-hub areas always while the player is fighting monsters.
