this post is starting to look like reddit. it wasnt meant to be a post to hate on GGG, it was an inquiry into what is happening. i understand the frustration and anger others are feeling. im annoyed as well, but i would just like a reply as to whats happening and when a fix is expected to come. obviously we enjoy the game and all the work GGG does, thats why we are all here

@pathofexile · 11m We were expecting to launch Expedition on console today. The good news, the launch is going ahead on Xbox. The bad news, we've encountered a showstopping database issue and as a result, Path of Exile is currently down on PlayStation until we resolve this. |

It's super disappointing that it took them more than 15 minutes after the league was supposed to launch to even say anything.
Surely they knew there was a problem before that? Heck, I notified them in multiple ways that there was a problem before the actual launch was supposed to happen. Why did they wait so long to say something? It's not like they managed to wait until they had an ETA or anything... It would have been so easy to put up a quick note that said "Hey, we're really sorry, but there's a problem on Playstation. The launch will be delayed. We'll let you know when we have more info." |
