Imagine getting in after hitting a 10k initial queue - just to be DC'ed from loading into lionseye's watch from strand straight into a god damn 125000 QUEUE... Holy SHIT I'M TILTED

WIPE this shit and start over this league..
In order to get rid of clearspeed meta cap global movement speed at 100% but make all skills instant so everything feels great.
