Im a super noob, having only played 1 char before. How do i best ensure that the gems for endgame are levelled up? It seems like we play with alot of other gems untill lvl 68.

You can level gems in your offhand weapons/shield. I usually level 6 of my main skill gem (blade blast) so I can vaal them once they hit 20/20. It's fine to start leveling the other gems once you get them and are ready to use them or have an empty slot

The loot filter isnt working. Anyone else have this issue?

Why is that? does the nerf to skill damage not hurt this build?

We rely heavily on added damage from archmage, not from added physical damage from gem level.

It's effectively 10% nerf, which is minor because this skill is mechanically strong as f*ck.
