Hello.
Returning player. Used to love this build, played it a lot in 3.14 With some tweaking, it is still very effective, with great gear of course. Anyone using dual Forbidden jewels with soul drinker? I have seen some people use double souldrinker on both jewels but as a could see in PoB, the effect of skill only apply for once, still dont know why?
