In PoB: select Calcs - choise Cyclone - and see Attack/Cast Rate group. CDR you can get on a belt or boots. Hey man, love this build but I was wondering, my pob says i have 260k dps while your says you have 450k. I feel like I have everything you have in your POB, but maybe I overlooked something? Since I am to tierd to think I realized now that I must have vanity or replica to get corrupted soul But the build works fine without it right? So i just farm away untill i can get it?
