Looking at your PoB you have too much attack speed, swap your circle of fear for one without AS implicit, so it doesn't fuck with your breakpoint.

You could minmax your cobalt jewels and go for ele crit multi instead of global crit multi, and properly divine them.
It appears that you have a +30 str node, and you do not need it?
21/23 ice nova in chest could be a fairly big dmg boost aswell.

Other than that, I can't see more big improvements.

Tranquility gives a solid damage boost. You cannot completely copy it, because you're level 95, but even if you do it like this: https://pastebin.com/pwCEuu2f It is still a dmg boost. I've slightly altered your tree, and anointed tranquility on amulet in this pob.
And remember to pick spell damage per power charge at some point.

Hey a good place to get more res is from the militant faith jewel you can get one with all res mod on it.

I'm extremely lacking DPS and I don't know where to get it from.

I can't find it anywhere in the build guide or thread pages, but why do we take Ghost Reaver? I don't see where we would have been leeching life that now needs to be converted. Soul Thief already leeches spell damage, our Watcher's eye is on hit and Assassin's Mark grants life (which we don't get).

Why do we allocate Ghost Reaver? Is it just to double the 0.3% we get from Soul Thief?

Ghost reaver doubles to amount of ES you can leech per second. By default you can only get 10% of ES per second from leech, it doubles it to 20%, so make it's the same as life leech.

Each hit can by default leech 2% of ES, so without ghost reaver, after 5 hits you leech 10% of your ES per second and you can't get more, it's capped. With ghost reaver, you are capped after 10 hits and you leech 20% of your ES per second.

In other words:
No ghost reaver - it takes 10 seconds to leech from 0% ES to full ES.
With ghost reaver - it takes 5 seconds to leech from 0% ES to full ES.

Personally I dropped ghost reaver. It's a wasted point IMO once you are just deleting content. The huge hit to ES recharge wasn't worth it to me and I don't notice the missing leech.

If i could afford an ES on hit watchers eye it would be even more worth dropping.
