Your problem is lacking of DoT. You could IMMEDIATELY know the reason why you might be lacking dps



This is assuming you only fired for 2 seconds then move, and that is basically your DPS. This is because the duration wasn't fully accounted in and you are ramping up damage, if you break the ramping up you WILL lose damage.

How to fix it? Get more DoT multi gear and gem levels if possible. If you compare it with my total DoT, it is at 48k, while you are sitting at 37k. I have 1 million damage more than you, even we have identical gears.


I have dot multi on almost all of my jewels as well as 1 mod on my quiver. Where else can I get more?

Sorry I don't ever recall there is a rip clip which is a pure one shot, haven't seen that in ages unless the person did something really stupid like tanking shaper slam. So far I'd haven't seen a rip clip in ritual that is pure one shot.

Assuming no + max res then you would roughly take 5326 damage from his multi-hit as a pathfinder if all beams dealt their maximum damage. For a Deadeye you would take 4869 damage if the first beam was physical or 5059 damage if the first was elemental.

You could do some references with my gear if you want, I got a lot of DoT increase and DoT multi. Some parts can be found are ammy, quiver and gloves.

Irrelevant. What I did was calculate the damage of ALL BEAMS. That is the total damage you would receive assuming only one beams in the 4 hit combo was affected by a ten stack wind ward.

Anyway, I am getting kinda lazy with the argument too cus I have too much to take care of and I can't even play the game right now.

I will assume you fit in fortify for the calculation purpose which makes the damage received a lot lower, which I do agree on it will have lower damage but you lose out despair curse. But mostly people wouldn't want to run a fortify flask on deadeye regardless because this is a softcore setup, so if you calculated with that your calculation is pretty irrelevant too.

But my point is that deadeye defenses is not something that is really special either anyway, either you lose more damage or lose more survivability compared to PF. I'm not defending PF in anyway, I'd also have thoughts on it before but then after some digging and researches it is just nothing special in the end.

Here you go. Just put everything down in a google sheet. One thing to note is that I haven't taken any endurance charges into consideration as they need you to be hit first before starting to regen.

I saw that your PF and Dead is both on 0.8, idk but I felt like you missed a defensive layer on PF, either fortify or wind dancer idk. Sorry my energy is drained for the whole day (it's night for me rn) and I don't want to start another argument I had like the one with Skyler last time.

Anyway we landed on same conclusion anyway, fk does that matter regardless

The only defensive layer that I can think of that I didn't add is immortal call which is less damage, so it shouldn't matter. Other than that I cannot think of anything I missed.
The 0.8 multiplier is only for the non-WW calculations pertaining to physical damage. There's a multiplier with WW added below that.
