removing the banner and using enlighten 4 instead

Working so far.

V 1.1 Update (25/06/2020):
-Circle of Nostalgia ring has reduced reservation from 40 to 20 so now we have to drop Banner and use Enlighten instead. It's no big deal at all
-Pob updated for 3.11. Hasn't really changed
-As cluster jewels are MUCH harder to get now i added a NO CLUSTER final tree, so that you would have options what to do while waiting for the jewels/farming/currency etc.

I was wondering Cyclone still the go to? I heard it was nerfed in 3.11.
