I don't understand where the poison damage is coming from. I see where the gloves are supporting poison but not where it comes from.

What levelling setup do you all use? Molten strike till maps, or do you try to use HOAG with cyclone? And if so, what supports?

They nerfed the nostalgia mana reserve ring? can only find max 25%......
