" Because its attack animation is still slow before you build up enough speed from consuming corpses. Those first few casts after your stopped for whatever reason si when you can get ganked |

" OK, reading through that shield craft - if you alt for % spell damage, then augment+regal into 2 suffixes, couldn't you just craft a third suffix (depending on which suffix you get you might have to restart, if you get fire, chaos etc) and then add/remove life for T1 life, add/remove fire for +1 to fire gem, and then your prefixes are done? And at that point, you would remove the suffixes with harvest crafting, craft life regen suffix, slam life which would force % life on block, and then add whatever other 2 suffix you want - chaos res or whatever? I'm maxed on spell and attack block so would probably go for another res. Would try this myself but I don't have the currency. |

How do we shock to benefit from Inuplsa exactly? And how do we sustain HP? I don't see any leech or big amount of regen.

i'm having a very had time with the mana reservation, I have now my 6l inpulsa.
I also have two rings eleron craft AND conquers effeciency which has 2% reduced mana reservation. How can I increase/decrease the cost needed? there is just no way to run it without inspiration at this point :( |

" Awesome post! Though from what I understand, we would prefer fire damage to spell damage, since the explosions of VD and DD do not benefit from spell damage, but DO benefit from fire (or elemental) damage. If this is correct, how would you modify your craft? IGN - Ziddyroc

Hey, a quick newbie question:
To be able to kill end games bosses (A8 Sirius as an example), is it mandatory to use the chaos resist method (inl. Divine Flesh)? I'm trying to figure out where is the breakpoint between being able to kill end game content and face-rolling it, from the point of view of expenses. |

" I got a pretty min-max life based build and did transition to LL version a few days ago but eventually switched back to life based. Here are my impressions: 1/ Single-target DPS: LL version has a higher single target DPS (and higher ceiling as well). It's good if you want to see bosses melt and if you care about PoB DPS. However I think life based version has enough single target DPS if you min-max it. When I switched back, I also added a 1-link raise spectre and got some high HP spectre to improve the corpse explosion damage. I can kill last phase Sirus after like 1 beam rotation, so it feels pretty good. 2/Clear speed: LL version has decent clear, but no where as good and satisfying as life based due to the loss of Inpulsa. It's also slower (without Tailwind boot) significantly since fitting in 3-L Shield Charge is not easy and you lose some attack speed as well. Dash/flame dash feels ok, but not smooth enough for my liking. Also LL version got rekt by porcupines if you don't have something like awakened spell cascade to consume their corpse. 3/Tankiness: oh boy this is what turned me off the most about LL version. It is much squishier than life version, basically you have decent pool of ES (8-10k) and max block with the help of Rumi and that's pretty much it. I could face tank everything with the life version, but when I tried facetanking with LL version I got rekt very often. The play style for LL needs to be staying far back, which can be ok for some people but not for me personally. Life version offers so much more defensive options: divine flesh, enduring cry, good armor + phys reduction (with enduring cry up and no flask I get like 40+% phys reduction, with granite flask it's like 80% estimated phys reduction). Eventually I think life version is a much smoother experience, but at some point you will hit the cap and it's hard to get more damage. However it is still enough for this league since the monsters are not juiced up like Delirium. If you want more min-maxing and PoB Dps then LL is the way to go. |
