I used them while leveling, but switched to rares when I was happy with my crafts. If I was scaling phys damage more, they'd probably be decent. I did especially like the blind on them however.

This isn't nearly as precise as the original filter, but it's somewhere to start looking at wands at least. Double check them with POB of course:

Another issue I'm running into with Incandescent Heart is the Light Radius taken from Energy Shield.
Any tips on how to improve this? :)

i've seen your update and now i am wondering which route do you suggest more, Route B with all the special items to get all auras + spellslinger or route C full Kinetic bolt? I currently have all the necessary items for Route B but i am wondering which one is better, and with route B which spell do you ditch to be able to keep all the auras, flame dash, immortal call, projectile weakness etc?

Hello all, been following this thread since league started and built a version of this Kinetic Bolt char from feedbacks and experience and all...

Here is my stuff so far :



I used to play with a shield and went to double wand earlier today. But I'm dying a bit too often to some content. I went a different route trying to exploit full evasion and abyssal sockets as I use Shroud of the Lightless. For now I'm level 89 and at :

- 3708 HP 974 ES
- 31% chance to evade
- Total DPS from PoB : 73k with exposure on cold damage.
- 3 Heralds (Ice, Lightning, Ash)
- 4 Golems - Primordial Eminence so they don't die too often
- Precision
- Spellslinger > Wave of Conviction

I should get an Herald related Watcher's eye so I can fit in Wrath I think. And work on cluster jewels aswell (waiting to drop high ilvl ones)

What would you consider change or boost for that ? Thanks for your replies ! I love the concept and have fun with this char but I know we can make it way stronger !

Guys need some help - i switched from Arc to Kintetic Bolt - I´m onehit in t5 maps 4k life, 900 ES, Resi capped. Am i doing something wrong? + My dmg is verry low.


+ barrage isn´t calculated in pob? I´m getting an error: ambiguous gem name Barrage
