How good is this build compared with the other blade voertex dot builds out there? How much damage does one with this build (min maxed)?

Hi, i'm thinking of switching to this build, my budget is a bit tight and i see 3 awakened gems in pob, if i use normal ones will i lose a lot of dps?
I'm in t12+ so i need at least good dps for that tier |

How do you fit all auras/skitterbots/blasphemy? POB shows minus 35% mana reserved...
