Nobody is selling the makareth jewels. Is this build worth it if theres no way to get them? Is it even worth using balista if I can only set 2 up?

Build absolutely not have any dps on low lvl, i have 4 turrets right now with 4 link and even can't kill any story boss, because not have dps. It's looks like i deal more dps from my auto attack than from any siege ballista.
