" Yeah I am probably just going to remove the - mana cost from pob, its not needed. But ideally in endgame you want to run explody + maybe frenzy on hit rare chest. My builds:

so i'm curious why your crafting priority for wand? pure Phys wand seems to be better dps than the flat chaos? am i missing something?
