" Both rings are very nice. The weapon will be hard to beat honestly - without a ton of investment. I would say gems are next |

Hey Beer, in the LL BL build. Your running utmost intellect on ur anoint amulet.
Eventhough in ur FAQ or guide u say Tranquility is best. Whats the reasoning And the LL gear section has gear different than ur LL PoB which is really confusing me.
