The helmet only gives you life leech with at least 1000 strength. This should be your number 1 priority. You can do this by using Utmost Might on the bottom left in your Skill tree.
To get these 3 skill points you can use Thread of Hope
Crimson Jewel with a Medium Range and put it in the Jewel Socket between Cruel Preperation and Ravenous Horde. This Jewel allows you to pick nodes within its radius without connecting them. So you can get rid of all the intelligence nodes. After that you should be able to run T10 easily.

I'm crafting the 6L bow. I'm using alts to get the +1 level to gems. Now, the question: Should l get both the "+1 level to gems" AND the "+~100% increased minion damage" both from the same Alteration orb?

Or just the "+1 gems level" and then do something else?

You cannot add minion mods to the bow outside of fossils.

From what I understand is you use fossils, bound fossils to apply minion damage to the bow. If the resulting rare only has the minion prefix then the bow is good otherwise you scourge and restart or try to annul the extra prefix you don’t want. You then enchant cannot roll attack mods and use beastcraft to apply random prefix and remove random suffix. Because you blocked attack mods this should almost guarantee the +1 socketed gems. Then you enchant prefixes cannot be change and scourge the bow to remove all suffixes. Enchant multicraft and enchant +2 socketed gems and minion attack speed/cast speed and your done,

I think this is the general crafting procedure for the bow, all in all it’s gonna cost you at least 6 EX just for the enchantments.

FYI Incase you didn’t know. An item can have 3 Prefixes and 3 Suffixes only. Each prefix and suffix has tiers as well, tier 1 being best and these tiers, prefixes and suffixes are also locked behind item levels. Meaning if your are hunting for a particular affix or tier you will need to get a base item of appropriate item level. Affixes are randomly chosen which is why fossils are nice as it guarantees a particular affix on the item.
