Big fan of the summoner build. Can someone who is more experience have a look at my character as I can't figure why I am not regenerating life.

I've learned with POE, it is usual the player has done something dumb. If someone can point out my mistake, thanks in advanced.

I found this warstaff fully linked, it is ilvl 70, am I able to use this as a base to craft and turn it into a good minion weapon?

If so what do I need to do?

Alteration spam for minion damage and double damage (is that even possible)?

then beast craft + socket level and then multi-mod the rest?

How is this build this league ?
i have played this build last league, and i had a lot of fun, but after the HEAVY nerfs this build got i didn't league start with it, am thinking trying it again, what do you guys think ?

Yes, they stack. Currently run i run 6 of them. Medium clusters can be 4-5 passives so they dont have to be only at 4.

Respect for you hardcore guys. Though I would argue that HC is not so much skill based as it is overbuilding your defenses, having great knowledge of all encounters, and being risk averse. I suppose that is sort of a skill but its more about decision making and risk analysis.

True again, but if I can build this build in HC and do T14 it should be a hell of a lot easier in SC, especially since you don't have that fear of ripping.

Here's my 2 cents.
Ruins Hellion is pretty bad unless you're running with stuff that gives your minions tons of survivability. They just tend to die, a lot.
Better choice would be Merveil's Retainer + Diabolist for the curses. Diabolist has a huge health pool and I haven't seen it die, not even once. It also spams curses like there's no tomorrow.
