Nice upgrades!

Can you give me a PoB pastebin for your character? I'm thinking of reviewing it and adding a LL tree for people who want to do that.

I can do that, but you need to wait till next Saturday, I'm on may way to airport, will be off, out of country for the whole week. Good luck with progress and drops!

I suppose I'll just use PoB itself to get it since you made your profile public. Have fun!

Cheers for the fast reply and pointing out DOT. Would Pledge Of Hands be a good unique staff option for this build? As it basically is a beefier version of spell echo, leaving another link option. It is also build agnostic, so it can be used for another build if someone would become volatile weary. It allows for easy colouring at the very least.

Pledge is actually something I want to test now for that reason. My concern however is that it doesn't come with a cast speed boost and may just be TOO slow to effectively ramp up.
Hey, just started using Scolds while leveling after finishing cruel lab, but i started noticing that I became considerably more squishy and that I manage to kill myself often when using VD, when I cast VD it keeps taking a bit from my HP.

What am I missing? Do I need more HP or ES? I'm running the life based starter build.

Yeah you just need more base life. Levels will solve this pretty well.

You can also try swapping Intensify for Inspiration Support to reduce mana cost. This can work pretty well as long as you don't reduce it too much. 140-150 range should suffice. As long as you proc on every cast.

Also level up your flammability more to out level CWDT or it won't trigger off of Curse on Hit. (skills supported by two trigger supports won't trigger at all)

Oh, I though both flamability and Curse on Hit has to be below lvl 38 to trigger on hit?

Also you're missing a flask section in your gear section. I'd love to see your input on flasks, especially when running non-crit build.

Nice! that should feel a lot better. I ran at around 50% for a long time and it was fine.

Nope, we trigger the low level spells, and those spells are supported by CoH to apply the high level curse.

And yeah I guess I forgot about flasks. XD

This is my standard setup. Use a Sulphur or jade (or whatever you want) instead of diamond for non crit.

I use this on no regen maps. makes it trivial

If you a rich boi you can also use Bottled Faith.
So I started following this guide at the beginning of the league and I see that alot has been updated. Is +2 to support gems and empower lv4 no longer recommended? That's the setup I have and I'm wondering what the damage difference is between the previous setup vs the new crit staff.

So my original theory craft with pretty good gear was up to about 300k per ball with empower 4.

I have 922k per ball.

Empower 4 can be dropped for Intensify as it's a much bigger damage boost, even with +2 Supports craft (note:+2 supports in staff is still very good).

That said, if you're not trying to flex your DPS muscles to be number 1 on poe.ninja.....

You may not need to take it to quite the extent that I have ^^'
A Block staff is arguably better than a crit one for being generally well-rounded as it does make a rather noticeable difference in your defenses.

Can I kindly inquire on your tooltip DPS?
im sitting at 650k dmg per ball fully buffed and having 66k without buffs tooltip. Dmg is ridiculous it took me 1-2 seconds to kill a synthesis boss in zanas t16 map. The build is muh slower then build s i normally play but this league with blight etc its fine
