Yes correct. Rt first, then master of arena and measured fury etc
Can follow the leveing trees in guide. Not much has changed

We wont know until league start, but this build has decent defenses in endurance charges + warcry qol

Can do full ele convert and move to herald of ash + anger
Get the ancestral chieftain nodes and panticipon to have insane dps with totems up for single target. Use multi totems and both protector and warchirf
