I was asking about Tempest's Binding as helm to run KB in as a six link, not necessary to run blood rage or innervate so gem sockets are easier to manage while still using tombfist, bubonic trail, barrage, and KB at the same time.

Edit: Or even new Tempest's Liberation for extra shock effect against bosses.
