I see you logged in as your PSN ID. Can you go to your account settings on here and make your character visible? That way others outside of GGG can see and hopefully help. All character tabs are hidden by default.

Also anyone else reading this that has not signed in as your PSN account ID or Xbox Live account yet, you are able to from the log in screen on the right.
