EU Latency/Connectivity Issues [Deutsche Telekom/1&1]

Same with bahnhof (sweden), I have a low latency of about 20 ms, but I get lag freezes for about 1-2 seconds about twice, thrice per minute, as well as when I place a frostbomb. Other skills seems ok, but I will get a hiccup guaranteed by placing a frostbomb. WinMTR shows no losses or anything like that. Never had this problem before, and been playing since 2011.

BT in the UK has some mega shit latency issues too

These spikes from 10ms ping to 200-300ms ping happen every second or two for me.

I'm having this ping issue on USA servers.... I'm playing League of Legends with no problems like this.

WTF??? GGG has provided no solution.

I have the same issues with 1&1 in Germany.
Since the patch i have unplayable Lagspikes every 4-5 Secondes...
Its so annoying .....
Fix this please!

1&1 Germany here. Game currently unplayable due to persistent lagspikes. Tried every login server, same thing on all of them.

Kinda funny that there seems to be a lag thread for every region at this point.
